Berry Good Oat Waffles

Okay, hands up if you LOVE a delicious waffle breakfast.

I'm here to assure you that waffles don't need to be saved for just Sunday brunch, in fact, you can enjoy them any day of the week!


Brunch is probably my favorite meal, and while I used to believe that I had to save warm waffle goodness for just one day of the week, I'm happy to announce that this is no longer true, and I enjoy waffles whenever I crave them and you can too!


These beauties are the best of both worlds because they're packed full of oats, which will help keep you fuller for longer and more energized throughout the day.


What you'll need

  • 1 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk

  • 1/4 cup of soda water as an egg substitute*

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of coconut sugar

How to make it happen

  • Add dry ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until well incorporated

  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk together

  • Add your choice of fruit, nuts, and toppings for extra deliciousness and enjoy!
